Return / Refund Policy – lúvora
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions are made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.
Initiating the Process: To return a product, please email us at info@lúvora.org with your order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact information.
Refunds
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to approve or deny your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If it is still missing, contact us at info@lúvora.org.
Costs
Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return shipment must be sent to China, and costs start from €20, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
