Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.

Distance agreement: an agreement concluded exclusively through remote communication.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by lúvora and to every agreement concluded between lúvora and the consumer.

Before an agreement is concluded, these Terms of Service are made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the Terms of Service can be accessed and that they can be provided free of charge upon request.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Article 4 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. lúvora reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur. Displayed product colors may differ from actual colors.

Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind lúvora.

Each offer includes clear information about:

shipping costs, if applicable;
payment methods;
delivery method and estimated delivery time;
whether the right of withdrawal applies.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer completes the ordering process on the website.

After placing an order, the consumer receives an order confirmation by email. All agreements are subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product with care and may only use it to determine whether they wish to keep it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify lúvora by email within the cooling-off period.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

If the consumer withdraws from the agreement, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

customized or personalized products;
hygienic products if the seal has been broken;
products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
perishable goods;
services that have already been performed with the consumer’s consent.

Article 9 – Prices

All prices are subject to change. Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery.

Price changes resulting from legal or tax regulations are permitted.

Typing or pricing errors do not obligate lúvora to deliver products at incorrect prices.

Article 10 – Product Quality and Warranty

Products must meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.

Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt via email.

Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.

If delivery is delayed or impossible, the consumer will be informed and may cancel the order for a full refund.
